SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Delivery (Within Australia)
For all domestic orders, a shipping fee of AUD$10.00 will be charged.
Your order is processed and despatched within 2 business days, unless we contact you for any unforeseen delays.
We use the Express Post service provided by Australia Post. Express post is typically 1-2 business days within Australia depending on your region (posted from Gold Coast, QLD), however if there are unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary. Each order comes with a tracking number.
Please contact us prior to making your order if you have a specific date you would like your order to arrive. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate your request, but we will do our best.

Please ensure your address details are correct when purchasing through PayPal. We cannot be held responsible if the incorrect address on your order is provided once your order has shipped. You will always have the opportunity to confirm your address on the Review & Submit your order page on checkout.

International Delivery
For international shipping, we offer a flat rate of AUD$25.00.
Your order is processed and despatched within 2 business days, unless we contact you for any unforeseen delays.
Orders will be sent out using Registered International Air Mail provided by Australia Post. Delivery times of your order varies depending on your country. Please contact us prior to ordering online if you need a more definitive delivery date (which can be supplied by Australia post but subject to change). All international orders have tracking available. Please contact us if you would like extra coverage such as insurance prior to your order being shipped.

You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order depending on where you are in the world and you will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. Please contact your local international post office for more details pertaining to your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For change of mind, refunds and exchange options (excluding earrings) are available within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email to make a returns and exchanges claim as soon as possible within the 14 days.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the item has been visibly worn (outside of simply trying it on) we cannot offer a refund, exchange or credit note.
*Please note that due to health regulations, earrings are non refundable or exchangeable.

Faulty Items
If you believe an item you have received is faulty, please contact us via email as soon as possible so that we can arrange to have it assessed. In your email please describe the item you will be returning and state the date of your purchase. Include as much information as well as photos to assist the assessment. We will let you know as soon as possible whether you are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.
Elodie Jewellery cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.
Shipping policy for returns and exchanges on Domestic and International Orders
Shipping fees on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless a faulty item has been purchased in which case we will cover the postage costs.
Once a return has been received and has passed the assessment we will exchange or refund the item as requested. Please note that Elodie Jewellery reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
Broken or Damaged Items
Elodie Jewellery offers, where possible and with costs incurred by the customer, the repair of broken and or damaged items considered that of reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment.
