For change of mind, refunds and exchange options (excluding earrings) are available within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email to make a returns and exchanges claim as soon as possible within the 14 days.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the item has been visibly worn (outside of simply trying it on) we cannot offer a refund, exchange or credit note
